Our practice also includes regular journal watch services, assistance in renewal of trade marks and any such post registration services. We provide portfolio management services for the entire intellectual property of our clients, and also assist them in assignment, licensing, franchising and other transfer of their intellectual property in order to increase and preserve their goodwill.

The team also advises various developers, investors and financing institutions in relation to compliances under RERA, across different states in India.
