Mitali Yadav is the Founder & Managing Partner of Alba Law Offices, based in Delhi–NCR. With over 15 years of experience, she advises a diverse range of clients on real estate, corporate, commercial, media and entertainment matters.
Mitali has substantial experience in real estate transactions, including due diligence, acquisition and sale of property, leasing, joint-development agreements, documentation and transaction support. She also advises on property-related commercial arrangements, regulatory considerations and dispute-prevention strategies.
She regularly acts on corporate and commercial mandates involving commercial contracts, service arrangements, vendor and client documentation, negotiations, risk allocation and ongoing legal advisory. Her practice also includes media and entertainment-related agreements, content-related advisory, and employment documentation.

Ramesh Kumar Yadav is a Senior Partner at Alba Law Offices, based in Delhi–NCR. He brings to the firm more than three decades of distinguished public-service experience, complemented by his corporate-law background and deep understanding of regulatory and tax-administration frameworks.
A 1987-batch officer of the Indian Revenue Service, Ramesh superannuated as Director General of Income Tax (Intelligence & Criminal Investigation) on 31 January 2021. Before joining the Indian Revenue Service, he served in the Provincial Civil Service, Uttar Pradesh, from 1985 to 1987. His career across the civil services and tax administration gives him a rare perspective on the practical functioning of regulatory institutions, government processes and compliance environments.
At Alba Law Offices, Ramesh advises on corporate consulting and strategic regulatory matters: regulatory interfaces, tax and financial-administration considerations, governance, compliance strategy and risk assessment, for businesses and stakeholders navigating matters that require both commercial perspective and a sophisticated understanding of public authorities.

Zeeshan is a Partner and leads the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. He has extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory disputes, intellectual property and white-collar crime matters, and regularly represents clients before courts, arbitral tribunals and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums. His experience spans disputes involving infrastructure, land acquisition, power, construction projects, commercial contracts, contractual claims, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, franchise agreements, intellectual property and consumer matters.
Zeeshan also advises and represents clients in criminal and enforcement-related proceedings under the Companies Act, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, the Prevention of Corruption Act and other special laws, including matters involving investigations by the Enforcement Directorate and Serious Fraud Investigation Office. He further advises domestic and multinational clients on policy, regulatory and compliance issues, with a focus on managing litigation, contractual risk and enforcement exposure.

Jyoti Rajpurohit is an Associate Partner, advising on trademark, copyright, design and brand-protection matters. Her work includes trademark prosecution, portfolio management, oppositions, cancellations, licensing, assignments, domain-name disputes and enforcement strategy.
She also supports clients on IP transactions, advertising-law compliance, cross-border matters and practical brand-protection solutions.
