Our dispute resolution practice spans litigation, arbitration and mediation. Our experienced litigators represent clients across civil and criminal disputes, commercial, corporate and regulatory disputes, RERA matters, consumer cases and economic offences, for clients in real estate, infrastructure, consumer goods, education, media and telecom. We regularly appear before the District Courts, High Courts, NCLT and NCLAT, and consumer commissions, and handle writ petitions and appeals before the Supreme Court of India and High Courts.

In arbitration, we assist throughout the process: drafting arbitration clauses, advising on when to initiate, representing clients from the start of proceedings to the final hearing including interim relief, and enforcing and challenging arbitral awards. We also represent clients in pre-litigation mediation and conciliation, often the fastest, most cost-effective route to resolving a commercial dispute.

White collar & enforcement: we represent clients in economic-offence proceedings, including matters under the Companies Act, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and the Prevention of Corruption Act, and have advised on investigations by the Enforcement Directorate, SFIO, CBI and NCB.

Crisis management: in time-sensitive situations, regulatory inquiries, enforcement actions, search and seizure proceedings, we act immediately: securing urgent interim relief, conducting internal investigations, coordinating responses across regulators and forums, and advising management on obligations, privilege and communication while a crisis is live.

Our intellectual property practice covers the full lifecycle of a brand and a portfolio, from trademark search and filing through registration in India and abroad (with foreign attorneys in major jurisdictions), to opposition proceedings before the Trade Marks Registry and litigation for infringement and passing-off.

We also handle copyright registration and enforcement, patent matters, design registration, journal-watch, renewals and post-registration services, and advise on licensing, assignments, franchising and a wider protection strategy so the value clients build is defensible.
